Payments:

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay via our online checkout portal.

Shipping:

At this time we only ship domestically within the United States.

Upon receipt of payment, all regular non-subscription orders will be processed for shipment within 1-3 business days. We recognize that photographic goods are often extremely fragile and carefully pack orders to ensure a timely and safe delivery. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) in the mail class of your choosing (Priority Mail, Priority Mail Flat Rate, or First Class). **NOTE (3/10/22): At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate or USPS Priority Mail Express Flat Rate only.**

Returns and Refunds:

Customer Satisfaction is a top priority — if there is an issue with your purchase, we want to do our best to make it right!

Customers are allowed 7 days from date of delivery to the listed customer shipping address to contact us to arrange a return and request a refund of items purchased.

Our 7 day returns window allows for undamaged items in the same condition which they were shipped, to be returned for any reason for a refund. When returning items for a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon inspection of the returned product (to confirm that it is still in the same condition as it was when we initially shipped it), we will issue a full refund to the customer minus a 15% operations and restocking fee.
